The planning service — a one-to-one consultation, a custom itinerary, reservations, styling coordination, vendor sourcing and on-weekend support. It does not include the tangible items (cake, florals, photographer, chef, spa, décor) — those are extras, quoted separately after your consultation and never bundled into the fee.
The things you can see and touch: a custom cake, florals and table décor, a photographer, a private chef dinner, a spa or activity add-on, a welcome basket. Extras are quoted and invoiced separately after your consultation — you choose what's worth it for your weekend.
No. Rooms and the Sea to Sky drive are yours to arrange; we handle the weekend itself — dinners, activities, the cake, the surprise, the timing and the group logistics.
Whistler for the mountain weekends (Bespoke, Girls, Couples, Birthday) and Pemberton — the farming valley 25 minutes past Whistler — for the rustic farm-to-table getaway.
Four to six weeks ideally, especially for winter weekends. Simpler celebrations can come together faster — we'll tell you what's possible for your dates.
Yes. Group dining, activity bookings, realistic timing and a single point of contact are our specialty — large groups are where planning earns its keep.
The $1,499 planning fee is invoiced upfront to secure your dates; extras are quoted and invoiced separately after your consultation. No payment is taken through the site — we'll confirm details and send the invoice.
Yes. On-weekend support means nothing's on the host to solve on the day — they get to be at the party instead of running it.
Yes. We can plan in secret with the host and a few key friends — you tell us the approach, we handle the rest so the person being celebrated is genuinely surprised.
